Inspiration Thursdays: Motivational speaker, Lizzie Velasquez tagged world most ugliest woman yet remains an inspiration to many
This is worth watching; every minute, every second is worth your time and data. I am not going to write much because she has said it all.
I can’t remember how I stumbled on Lizzie Velasquez but the moment I stumbled on her story, I was happy that I did. After reading all I could read about her, I thought to myself that I had no excuse whatsoever.
I understand that you may have passed through tough/difficult situations or you are still passing through one at the moment but I want you to know that it is all part of your story. In the words of Robert H. Schuller;
“Tough times don’t last, tough people do. ”
As I end today’s ‘Inspiration Thursdays’, I charge you to be kind to everyone you meet. An act of kindness or a kind word can save a life. You really do not know what others are going through. Imagine if the world had lost Lizzy Velasquez due to a few loose comments or cyber bullying as it is called. That would have been a great loss because her life so far has inspired a lot of others going through similar/difficult situations.
